1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Pricing

While we strive for accuracy, Chair Elegance reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions.
3. Orders and Payments

Payments are currently handled manually via [Insert Method, e.g., EFT/Invoice].

Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed in full.
Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated per order and are disclosed before payment is required.

Shipping costs for special or oversized orders may be quoted separately after the order is placed.

In accordance with ECTA, we aim to execute orders within 30 days unless a different timeline is agreed upon at the time of order.
5. Returns and Refunds

In addition to the cooling-off period, products are covered by a 6-month statutory warranty against defects as per the CPA.

Customized or special-order items may be exempt from standard return policies.
